What to bring to your appointment
- Referral Letter from your GP (this is required so a patient's rebate can be obtained from Medicare)
- List of your current medications, including herbal / vitamins (or the medications themselves)
- Medicare Card
- Health Insurance Details
- Any Patholoy Results, CT Scans, X-Rays, MRI Scans or Hearing Tests you have (no matter how old they are)
- Any other information relevant to your visit
We know your time is valuable and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies occur that are beyond our control and may cause delays. Feel free to call reception to check on the day's scheduling. Please allow sufficent time for your appointment, as there may be tests or procedures that we can perform at the time of your consultation.

Referrals can be made by having your staff or the patient contact the reception staff on (02) 9874 0347 or email reception@denistone52ent.com.au
For urgent referrals it is appropriate for the referring Doctor to contact the rooms directly to discuss the case, such that an appropriate and timely appointment can be made.
